Les Mills

Our Les Mills classes offer a variety of workouts that will help you achieve your fitness goals. All fitness levels are accommodated, so no preparation is necessary.


BODYPUMP™, the original barbell class, is total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music—helping you achieve much more than on your own! At Momentum Fitness, BODYPUMP is available as either a 60- or 45-minute workout.


Step into a BODYCOMBAT™ workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. At Momentum Fitness, BODYCOMBAT is available as either a 60- or 45-minute workout.


Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance bands and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt, and lower back exercises too. At Momentum Fitness, LES MILLS CORE is available as a 30-minute workout.

Boot Camp

Our traditional Boot Camp offers a full-body workout for all fitness levels. You will perform a combination of strength, cardio, and bodyweight exercises using free weights, resistance bands, and other equipment. Our team of instructors will guide and encourage you through the workout, offering options for progressing and regressing each exercise so everyone leaves feeling challenged, yet successful. Come join us for a rewarding workout! Never the same workout twice!


Our yoga classes are gentle and suitable for all levels, no matter where you are in your practice: newbie or seasoned yogi. We focus on mindful breathing, stretching, and calming your body and mind. The classes are restorative and designed to help bring balance and harmony to your life. It's a great way to relax, unwind and restore your body, mind and soul.

Kettlebell Strength

Our kettlebell class is a small-group class, capped at eight participants, that provides a challenging workout with a certified kettlebell instructor guiding you through proper form and safety. Each workout will scale to your individual ability and strength level. You will start with a warmup before performing kettlebell deadlifts, swings, presses, and more, before wrapping up with a cooldown. With consistent participation in this class, you will reach newfound levels of endurance and strength.
