Julia brings an athletic, high-energy style to every class she teaches. With a background in powerlifting and several medals to her name, she’s passionate about strength, endurance, and pushing limits. Julia leads HIIT, Boot Camp, and Les Mills BodyCombat, creating workouts that challenge you while offering support every step of the way.
Her journey into fitness instructing grew from her own love of athletic movement and a desire to help others discover how strong they can be. After years of training and exploring different workout styles, Julia realized she wanted to share that passion—making fitness fun, approachable, and rewarding for everyone.
Her motto? Stop complicating fitness. Julia believes in keeping things simple, fun, and effective. She encourages trying different training styles and earning from a variety of instructors—you’ll never get bored. Your body will thank you for it!
