What classes do you teach?
BODYCOMBAT!
What do you love about group fitness?
The group effect--we workout together, sweat together, and laugh together. I feel like it’s that team dynamic that gives us the extra OOMF!
What is your #1 piece of advice for anyone new to your class(es)?
We all start somewhere! If you get lost, just keep moving! Take classes as much as you can, and I promise you will become a Les Mills addict!
What is your #1 piece of advice for your regulars?
Take classes from all instructors. Also try different formats! Every instructor has a vibe! It makes their class truly unique.
Favorite exercises?
JUMP KICKS!!!
What is your technique pet peeve?
I don’t think I have a technique pet peeve. I do think that you can do more than you think! That’s why we push you to try a higher impact option. If you’ve been taking our class for awhile try that level 3 jump knee. If you can only get one, then next class try for two.
