Welcome back!

Depending on when you were last a member, you may notice some things have changed. Take some time to make sure you understand our current policies, as they may have changed since you were last with us. You will be required to sign off on these policies prior to joining.

Access Your Existing Profile

First, attempt to access the existing MINDBODY online profile you previously had with Momentum Fitness/Riverside Fitness. You can do this on the Momentum Fitness app (best if you are using a mobile device), or by clicking this link (best if you are using a computer).

 

If you do not remember your password, click the "Forgot your password?" or "Need a new password?" links to reset it.

On a Mobile Device
(via the Momentum Fitness app)
  1. When logged into your existing profile in the Momentum Fitness app, verify that all of your contact information is correct (Profile > Edit). You may be prompted to fill in additional fields to bring your profile to completion.
     

  2. Staying in the Momentum Fitness app, ensure your payment information on file is up to date (Profile > Wallet).
     

  3. Click on the following link to complete our online form, where you will select the the type of membership you wish to buy and submit your valid photo ID: https://m7zwr1xhn1h.typeform.com/to/uvzZrnVY
     

  4. Our staff will review your information and send you an email with the enrollment paperwork for you to digitally complete and sign. 

    • Third party memberships, skip to step 6.

    • Autopay memberships, continue to step 5.
       

  5. Our staff will finalize your membership purchase with your payment on file.
     

  6. When all of the above steps applicable to your membership type have been completed, you will receive an email confirming your membership is active. This email will also outline your next steps, including how to obtain your keycard to access the facility.

  1. When logged into your existing profile in the MindBody online interface, verify that all of your contact information is correct (My Info > Profile). You may be prompted to fill in additional fields to bring your profile to completion.
     

  2. ​Staying the MindBody online interface, ensure your payment information on file is up to date (My Info > Billing Information). 
     

  3. Click on the following link to complete our online form, where you will select the the type of membership you wish to buy and submit your valid government ID: https://m7zwr1xhn1h.typeform.com/to/uvzZrnVY
     

  4. Our staff will review your information and send you an email with your enrollment paperwork to be digitally completed and signed. 

    • Third party memberships, skip to step 6.

    • Autopay memberships, continue to step 5.
