New Class: Hip Hop Breakdown

We are so excited to add another dance class to our group fitness schedule!

DannyD already brings the energy and vibes to his DNX Dance Fitness class every Saturday morning, but now he is ready to literally teach you how to dance! In his new class, Hip Hop Breakdown, DannyD will be breaking down his impressive dance moves from an instructional angle, allowing you to learn and master more complex combinations and routines as he works through and builds each component.
All of our group fitness classes at Momentum Fitness are designed to accommodate every fitness and skill level, but if you're looking for just a little more guidance and hand-holding, Hip Hop Breakdown is the class for you! Even if you're already a force to be reckoned with on the dance floor, Hip Hop Breakdown is still a great way to learn some fresh new moves and get your body in motion.
How do these classes differ?
DNX Dance Fitness: DannyD's classic dance experience featuring his fantastic DJ and dance master skills. He will lead you in various combinations, set to the music, through active participation. You show up and you start moving!
Hip Hop Breakdown: A more instructionally-geared dance class, where DannyD will break down each part of the choreography before integrating them together into longer combinations. This is the class where you can raise your hand, ask questions, and get upskilled.

If you're not a Momentum Fitness member, you can drop in to these or any of our classes for only $10, prepaid in advance through the Momentum Fitness app.
Should you decide to buy a membership with us within 3 days of trying a class, we apply that $10 towards your first month's payment!
