The Momentum Fitness App

We are excited to announce the arrival of our very own Momentum Fitness app! This app replaces the MINDBODY app you may already have on your phone. Even if you do not currently use the MINDBODY app, please download the Momentum Fitness app. It is more than a class scheduler: it is the best and easiest way to manage your membership, plus it will eventually be the way you access the building.

Momentum Fitness Gift Guide

Looking for some gift ideas this year? We've got you covered! It doesn't matter if you're shopping for a health nut, someone looking to make some positive changes, or (let's get real) yourself! We've got plenty of suggestions, and we will keep adding more in the coming weeks. Les Mills Launch: My Favorite Holiday

The last launch of 2023 will take place in each class' assigned time slot.

BodyPump: Saturday, Nov. 4 at 8:00 AM (60 minutes)

BodyCombat: Sunday, Nov. 5 at 9:15 AM (60 minutes)

Les Mills Core: Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 6:30 PM (30 minutes)

Come styled as your favorite holiday, no matter what it is, and the most creative member will win a gift card. If you haven't tried one of our Les Mills formats, or maybe think it's time to give them a second chance, this is a great time to do so!

Note that we cannot run classes with low enrollment, so if you want to attend, sign up early, or the class you were considering may get canceled before you get the chance.

New Classes?

Some of you have approached us looking for more classes in the mornings and afternoons. Before we offer anything, we wanted to gauge interest. If you're one of those people, we will be sharing a poll soon. If we have enough interest, we will roll it out in January.
