We have started featuring our trainers, instructors, and staff at Momentum Fitness. Today we'd like to introduce you to Tracy Simonetti, one of our group fitness instructors. Let's learn more about Tracy!

What classes do you teach?
I am currently certified to teach BodyPump. I also taught BodyCombat (need to re-certify) and WERQ (a dance fitness format).
What do you love about group fitness?
There is nothing better than the energy of a full room of people working hard, together, to get through a tough workout!! Partner that with great music….magic happens!
What is your best advice for anyone new to your class(es)?
Everyone in the room had a first day. Keep coming back…it will get easier.
What is your best advice for your regulars?
Keep challenging yourself. Add that extra weight, take that new class, keep chasing the butterflies in your belly!
Favorite exercises?
I haven’t met a Muay Thai track for Combat that I didn’t love!
What is your technique pet peeve?
Off rhythm/rushed count/off beat!!! Please count with me 1-2-3-4 😊
What's your favorite way to prepare for class?
If I am teaching I listen to my playlist all week, hydrate and move! Get the body ready!
