For many of us, the holiday season often means extra indulgences and social events replacing workouts. No judgement here! Life is for living, folks! That being said, many people have started eliminating or reducing alcohol consumption preceding and/or following the holiday season. Consider giving your liver a break during the month of October in advance of the holiday celebrations this year!
