2023 in Review
As 2023 draws to a close, we want to sincerely thank all of our members who have supported and inspired us as we have grown and improved. In 2023, we:
Spent $120,000+ on all new equipment and accessories.
Replaced facility soap dispensers, televisions, speakers, and much more.
Added new classes: Kettlebell Strength and Yoga.
Revamped our website.
Rolled out our Customer Service texting system for live communication between members and staff.
Rolled out our very own Momentum Fitness mobile app (for our future new door reader!).
We are looking forward to continuing to enhance our humble gym in 2024, and we are so thankful for your continued loyalty.
Support our Oviedo Boys and Girls Club
We love supporting our community, and we have maintained a longstanding relationship with the Boys and Girls Club here in Oviedo. This after-school program helps keeps our community's kids engaged in healthy and safe activities.

Add one or more items from their list to your Amazon shopping cart.
When finished, go to your shopping cart to check out as you would normally.

Select your payment method and complete the order as you would normally. Amazon will automatically ship your donation directly to the Boys & Girls Club of Oviedo!

Les Mills Core: All classes canceled for the month of December. Classes resume at regular time starting Tuesday, January 2.
Christmas Les Mills Medley: Join us for a 90-minute class combining BodyPump and BodyCombat on Saturday, December 23.
Kettlebell Strength: No class on Dec. 23, Dec. 26, or Dec. 28.
Christmas Eve: No classes.
Christmas Day: No classes.
New Year's Day: No classes.
